Governance Structure

Trustees

Trustees are elected at General Meetings by 2/3 majority. They serve five‑year terms and oversee all Foundation activities.

Auditors

Independent qualified and licensed Auditors are appointed annually to audit financial records and submit reports.

The Foundation holds Annual General Meetings and Executive Meetings, each requiring 2/3 majority quorum.
